Did you know?

You can use FBA for non-Amazon orders

If you have a Professional selling plan, you can use Veeqo's integration with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment to send orders from other channels to FBA so we can ship them for you.

Ready to get started?

Step 1

Create your Veeqo account

Sign up for a Veeqo account. Choose Continue with Amazon if you already have an account in Amazon Seller Central.

An Amazon account is not required to use Veeqo, but some features (like A-to-z Guarantee claims protection) are designed specifically for selling with Amazon. Sign up* for an Amazon account.

Follow the step-by-step guidance in Veeqo’s onboarding page.

Step 2

Connect your ecommerce channels

Securely connect your online stores to Veeqo. This will import your orders, stock levels, and product data to help you fulfill orders more quickly.

Once you’re ready for Veeqo to do more, like update your inventory, product prices, and store orders, turn on inventory control.

Step 3

Fulfill orders

Veeqo syncs orders and presents the best shipping rate based on size and weight. Select and purchase your shipping labels, individually or up to 100 at once.

Then sort, filter, and tag orders to suit your workflow for picking and packing products. Use Veeqo’s scanner or your mobile phone to scan and track products in your warehouse.

Veeqo’s features help you prioritize locations and fulfill orders from the location nearest the customer. You can also manage returns and process refunds using Veeqo.

Alternatively, use Veeqo's integration with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment to send orders from other channels to FBA.

Step 4

Create automation rules

Set inventory and order rules to help automate your merchandizing or day-to-day actions in Veeqo.

Rules can help you do things like prevent overselling, meet your Ebay listing limits, set urgent tags on Amazon Prime orders, use a unique invoice design for each channel, and select the right shipping carrier based on order weight, value, destination, and customer choice.

Step 5

Collaborate with your team

Use Veeqo’s features to create order views that are for the whole company or individual users, tag team members on orders, and comment in internal notes.

Step 6

Analyze profits and make updates

Deep dive into the profitability of each of your products using profit analyzer. Sort by sales, units sold, ad costs, fees, shipping costs, profit, and more. Use the insights you gain to optimize your automation rules and inventory management.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is Veeqo free?
Veeqo’s aim is to reduce a seller’s cost to serve customers so they can reinvest in their business and accelerate growth. We’re able to provide Veeqo for free because we benefit from shipping volume passed to our partner shipping carriers.
What features does Veeqo offer?
Veeqo offers all sellers, regardless of order volume, the core features of a multi-channel shipping tool, including automations, bulk shipping, and discounted rates. Veeqo also offers power features to help scale fulfillment, including inventory control, picking with a mobile device, and multi-channel reporting. Use of these power features must comply with Veeqo’s Fair Usage Policy.
Which channels does Veeqo connect with?
Veeqo integrates with popular retail applications, including ecommerce sites like Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart, as well as shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, and more.
How fast will multi-channel data reflect in my dashboard?
Your dashboard updates every 20 minutes with data synced from the channel. Profit analyzer typically reflects sales, cost, and profit data within 40 minutes of sales happening on your channel. Some data sets, such as Amazon Ads data, are shared by your channel once a day. Those costs are updated in the dashboard once Veeqo receives the data from the channel.
Will Amazon see my sales data from other channels?
Amazon does not have access to sellers’ product sales data for non-Amazon sales. Veeqo’s seller information will only be accessed by Amazon to the extent necessary to provide and improve Veeqo’s services or to assess and manage logistics provider performance. Veeqo’s seller information is secured against inappropriate loss, access, or disclosure.
Is priority support available to Amazon sellers?
Veeqo's priority support subscription, which offers a dedicated account manager, faster support, training, and early access to new features, is available to all sellers including Amazon sellers.
